The fume extraction system effectively eliminates fumes from the operator's workspace. The established and patented fume extraction system above the induction coil has been enhanced with an integrated suction system inside the coil housing. This ensures that fumes are directly extracted at their source. The filter unit is securely housed within the table.
ZOLLER's air cooling system, »zStream,« offers ultimate flexibility and protection for cooling your shrink fit tool holder, regardless of its shape or size. Moreover, it ensures a uniform and secure cooling process along the entire length of your shrink-clamped tools, minimizing the risk of damage. »zStream« is also well-suited for cooling tools that are set aside. Depending on the model, »powerShrink« can be equipped with two or three separate cooling locations for parallel and efficient cooling.

The incorporated length adjustment system serves to determine the total length or projection length and facilitates tool replacement. Pneumatically-driven rapid and fine adjustments using a handwheel enable swift, ergonomic, and accurate positioning of the probing head to the desired height.
The "pilot" software's scan function, combined with the hand scanner, allows for the reliable selection of the appropriate shrink parameter by scanning the holder number on the shrink-holding fixture. Regardless of the manufacturer, all shrink-clamping chucks with a DataMatrix code (e.g., ZOLLER "idLabel," ZOLLER "idChip") are supported.
In the "pilot" software, each heating process can be counted per shrink-clamping chuck. Additionally, a warning and wear limit in relation to the permissible heating operations can be stored.
Alternatively, quick and easy selection of the diameter (for shrink-clamping chuck according to DIN 69882-8) on the "powerShrink 400" can be accomplished using an oil- and dirt-resistant, workshop-friendly, and long-lasting membrane keypad.
As an alternative to installation on a workbench, the "powerShrink 400" can be positioned on a set-up table with an ergonomically optimal working height. This provides a tidy place for the cooler and flue gas suction device. The table is optionally available with sturdy rollers and an ergonomic handle, allowing for variable positioning of the "powerShrink 400"
The "powerShrink" package includes a standard mounting pot. If needed, extra units can be purchased for simultaneous heating and cooling operations. The surface of the bearing is precisely designed to fit the mounting pot, ensuring smooth and noise-free adjustments.
Offer versatile adaptability for switching between various mounting interfaces. They are compatible with standard tool-holding fixtures, including SK 50, HSK 100, and PSC 10, of various sizes.
Designed for various shapes and dimensions of shrink fit tool holders, including those with diameters ranging from D3 mm to D5 mm. Suitable for use with cooling bells ranging from D14 mm to D16 mm or D25 mm to D32 mm.
To ensure optimal and user-friendly operation, the control handle, which is initially mounted on the left side, can be optionally configured to be mounted on the right side or on both sides. Each control handle comes equipped with two function buttons: one for coil movement and the other for initiating the heating process.
Assists in the removal of tools from the shrink-clamping chuck, especially when they cannot be manually removed or with pliers, such as in the case of broken tools. The set includes a holder and six ejector rods.
The »liteSet« is used to adjust the protruding length of the tool for shrink-clamping. It can accommodate a maximum overhang length of 150 mm. The set comes with four clamping prisms suitable for shaft diameters ranging from D3 mm to D32 mm.
