The HELITRONIC MICRO tool grinder, equipped with C.O.R.E. Technology, efficiently manufactures and refines small-diameter, rotationally symmetrical tools and components. Capable of grinding tools starting at 0.1 mm diameter for production and 3 mm for resharpening, it supports a maximum diameter of 12.7 mm, tool lengths up to 220 mm, and a maximum weight of 12 kg.

Machine bed made of mineral casting
The HELITRONIC MICRO features a machine bed made of mineral casting, tailored specifically for its purpose. This construction offers excellent vibration absorption, minimal thermal sensitivity, enhanced drive dynamics, and, as a result, superior grinding accuracy.
Laser Contour Check
The HELITRONIC MICRO introduces a cutting-edge Laser Contour Check feature, incorporating an intelligent measuring system within the tool grinder and eroder for precise, contactless measurement of diverse tool parameters on cylindrical tools.
Drives
Featuring five CNC axes, each outfitted with linear or torque drives and managed by sophisticated high-resolution measurement systems, ensuring precise movements and dynamic performance.
Robot Loader
The HELITRONIC MICRO features an integrated 6-axis robot loader that significantly reduces loading times, capable of handling up to 1,500 tools.
Workpiece Axis A
With a maximum speed of 3,000 RPM, the rapidly rotating workpiece axis A endows the HELITRONIC MICRO with exceptional precision in profile grinding, particularly for step tools.
Motor Spindle
The HELITRONIC MICRO's versatility is enhanced by three motor spindles that accommodate up to 12 grinding wheels. The first motor spindle, featuring 6.5 KW power, specializes in grooving, while the second and third spindles, each with 4.3 KW power, are tailored for geometric grinding.
