ZEISS PRISMO Family
ZEISS PRISMO - The Versatile Choice
With a measurement accuracy of 0.9 + L/350 μm, ZEISS PRISMO stands as the premier ZEISS CMM, epitomizing precision measurement. Computer-Aided Accuracy (CAA) mitigates all dynamic factors affecting the machine, enhancing precision, even during rapid scanning. Equipped with the ZEISS VAST performance package, ZEISS' multi-application sensor system (ZEISS mass technology), and the new ZEISS C99m controller as standard features, ZEISS PRISMO ensures top-tier productivity and exceptional performance.
ZEISS PRISMO fortis - Close to Production
Environments Through improved integration of air bearings, the use of floating ZERODUR® scales, and thermal bending corrections, ZEISS PRISMO fortis ensures top-tier precision even in temperatures up to 40°C. As a result, ZEISS PRISMO fortis can be used directly in production areas without requiring extra investments in temperature-controlled measuring enclosures. It also offers exclusive compatibility with the ZEISS VAST Rotary Table (ZVR) option, enhancing rotary table movement speed for quicker measurements.
ZEISS PRISMO verity - The New Standard
ZEISS PRISMO verity achieves precision results with an accuracy of 0.7 + L/400 μm by incorporating ZERODUR® scales and advanced CAA correction. It complies with the VDI/VDE 2627 standards for class 3 measuring environments, permitting all essential measurements in a temperature-controlled enclosure set to 19-22°C. With enhanced form measurement capabilities, ZEISS PRISMO verity stands as the leading machine in its category.
Features
ZEISS AirSaver
The ZEISS AirSaver function automatically deactivates compressed air flow following a preset duration.
Adjustable Covers
One of the recent enhancements implemented to ensure DGUV compliance is the inclusion of adjustable side covers, designed to mitigate the risk of crushing by minimizing the gap between moving components to less than 4 mm.
New C99m Controller
The ZEISS C99m controller boasts a modern and streamlined design, resulting in a 64% reduction in power consumption compared to its predecessor.
Safety Laser Scanners
These scanners not only offer complete coverage of all areas but also initiate automatic speed reduction when they detect the presence of individuals and objects within the safety zone.
Control Panel Mount
This innovation notably shortens the gap between the operator and the measuring zone, facilitating the manual handling of hefty components and providing a more convenient way to stow the control panel when it's not in operation.
DGUV Certification
Each ZEISS PRISMO undergoes official certification by the globally recognized German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) association. This voluntary certification sets ZEISS apart from other CMM manufacturers.

CMM Acceleration Mode
ZEISS CMM Acceleration Mode for Aerospace Applications
Ensuring the quality of engine components such as blades and blisks is crucial, yet it's a costly and time-intensive process, accounting for 20% of total production costs and 25% of total production time. Any method that can expedite the measurement process while maintaining precision offers significant cost savings for the aerospace industry, and that's where ZEISS CMM Acceleration Mode for Aerospace Applications excels.
Available for ZEISS PRISMO 7/12/7 fortis, ZEISS CMM Acceleration Mode for Aerospace Applications includes two options: ZEISS VAST Rotary Table Axis (ZVRA) and ZEISS VAST Rotary Table (ZVR), along with an optional dedicated application support package. ZVRA enhances accuracy by swiftly defining the axis of the rotary table, while ZVR facilitates quicker movement of the rotary table, resulting in faster measurements."

ZEISS TS
The new tailstock for the ZEISS PRISMO Family
The ZEISS tailstock facilitates secure clamping of shaft-like objects during measurements. It allows for the precise measurement of components such as gear shafts, worm shafts, crankshafts, camshafts, and rotors without causing any deformation. Thanks to its exceptional accessibility, comprehensive measurements can be completed in a single clamping setup. ZEISS TS showcases its capabilities through a versatile interface that enables quick tailstock installation within the measuring area when needed. When combined with the high-precision air-bearing rotary table ZEISS RT-AB-600, a universal coordinate measuring machine can be efficiently and flexibly transformed into a specialized shaft measurement device. Offered in two Z-size options, TS-7 and TS-10, the ZEISS TS seamlessly integrates with all members of the ZEISS PRISMO Family.
Performance Accelerators
ZEISS VAST navigator
Configures scanning speed automatically to minimize user errors, enhancing scanning speed, maintaining accuracy, and delivering consistent, reliable, and repeatable results.
ZEISS CALYPSO VAST probing
Dramatically reduces single-point measurement time while ensuring precision, allowing measurements to be up to 25% faster.
ZEISS CALYPSO pallet optimizer
Shifts measurement strategy from a probe-by-probe approach to feature-by-feature, accelerating the measurement process for an entire pallet simultaneously. This significantly reduces measurement time, minimizes the need for stylus changes, reduces costs, and enhances efficiency.
ZEISS VAST Rotary Table Axis (ZVRA)
Precisely defines the rotary table's axis for accurate and dependable measurements. Where axis definition used to require six single-point measurements, ZVRA accomplishes this in a fraction of the time.
