TNL32-7B
Equipped with B-axis
The TNL32-7B version represents an expansion stage, broadening its applicability to the most demanding machining tasks. Featuring an additional B-axis in the upper tool carrier, capable of pivoting up to 100°, it enables the machining of highly complex parts and intricate contour elements that may require additional operations like milling, drilling, side drilling, or cross-threading at various angular positions.
Until now, angled tool holders were necessary for parallel main spindle operations with "normal" turret positioning—now, the turret pivots effortlessly.
TNL32-9
Counter spindle for enhanced flexibility
The TNL32-9 is equipped with an autonomous counter spindle and 9 NC axes, providing extensive machining capabilities for bar sizes up to 32 mm.
An identical counter spindle to the main spindle is mounted on a separate X-Z compound-slide, offering a Z-travel range of 300 mm. With 140 mm of X-axis stroke, it ensures simultaneous internal machining on the main and counter spindles.

Front working attachment for increased productivity
Two turrets, an additional front working attachment, and an autonomous counter spindle allow you to perform machining with three independent subsystems.
The front working attachment includes the following features and benefits:
- Y-axis functionality
- Large tool pool:
- 4X stationary tools, 4X live tools
- Maximum power of 3.4 kW, maximum speed of 12,000 rpm
- Internal coolant supply at each station with a maximum cutting oil pressure of 80 bar
- Deep-hole drilling: maximum speed of 12,000 rpm, maximum cutting oil pressure of 120 bar
- Feed force up to 6,200 N
- Tailstock function for bar stock machining
- Workpiece gripper
Efficient Tool Storage and Rapid Turret Positioning
Efficient tool storage within a compact space, encompassing an impressive 1,444 mm of unwrapped Y-travel in the tooling circle, allowing for rapid turret positioning at various angles without mechanical locking.
