Automation with RoboLoad involves a specific loader solution developed by STUDER for radius internal cylindrical grinding machines, utilizing a robot cell.
This loader system accommodates chuck components with dimensions up to 100 mm in length and 260 mm in diameter, covering a significant portion of the components produced on these machines.
Parts are delivered using a standardized, adjustable grid rack system.
The housing of the base module, equipped with a standard loading hatch, is tailored to fit the machine design, ensuring safe and clean system operation.
