The S41 represents an advanced CNC universal cylindrical grinding machine designed for machining large workpieces. It offers center distances of 1000mm (40") / 1600mm (63") and center heights of 225mm (8.8") / 275mm (10.8"). This machine can handle workpieces weighing up to 250kg (550lbs).
The S41 is a state-of-the-art CNC universal cylindrical grinding machine, equipped with numerous technical innovations. These include the groundbreaking StuderGuide® guideway system, high-precision axis drives utilizing linear motors, exceptionally rapid direct drive of the B-axis, and an expanded selection of wheelhead options.
