Symbolically, the main axes of the PowerSpeed Cube represent the cornerstones of a cube. Features
TightBlock
The advanced TightBlock enables floor-level machine installation without the need for an expensive step foundation. It enhances chip removal with steep inlet surfaces, effectively doubling the chip removal capacity.
Clamping Surfaces
Integrated interfaces within the TightBlock offer a range of clamping surface options tailored to your machining needs. Additionally, the optional cross-axis (W-axis) for table units increases clearance for table rotation up to 3,500 mm, opening up various processing possibilities.

Chip Management
Two robust chip conveyors, each with a 630 mm feed width, ensure a clean working area, even under heavy chip loads.

Panorama Glazing
Large viewing windows in the front and side doors provide an optimal view of the machining area at all times
Working Area - Space Requirement
The ergonomic workspace creates an ideal environment for safe and efficient work. It is fully enclosed, optionally available with an extraction system, and optimally arranged for workspace-to-space ratio. Working area-space requirement varies based on the X-axis travel:
- X= 3,000 mm results in a 10,000 mm x 8,000 mm workspace
- X= 4,000 mm yields an 11,000 mm x 8,000 mm workspace
- X= 5,000 mm provides a 12,000 mm x 8,000 mm workspace.
Operation
The swiveling control panel allows for operation from both the side and front. For an enhanced view of the workpiece and machining process, a camera can be provided, displaying its feed in a split-screen view on the control monitor
Commissioning
Pre-assembled main components streamline installation, reducing costly and time-consuming assembly work.
Options
A comprehensive range of predefined options, including tool breakage control and SHW-UniScan collision monitoring, enhances the overall machine package.
