PLANOMAT HP seamlessly combines precise reproducibility, high-speed power, and remarkable flexibility—an ideal blend for efficient profile grinding. Its robust, inherently rigid 3-point installation design ensures the accuracy of modular PLANOMAT HP machines. With a maximum power of 24 kW and precise digitized ball-type drives, it ensures high infeed speeds and accelerations. Table speeds of up to 40 meters per minute reduce grinding times, boosting productivity. Nearly maintenance-free linear guideways and highly efficient, lifetime-lubricated grinding spindles minimize maintenance.
The PLANOMAT HP series offers six distinct working ranges, ranging from 400 mm x 800 mm to 600 mm x 2000 mm, adapting to various tasks. Two control concepts, the EasyProfile control unit and the professional Sinumerik 840D CNC control unit, enable optimal adjustment for different grinding tasks. The modular system comprises high-quality gray cast iron components, optimized for thermal and vibration engineering through finite element analysis. Precision linear guideways and high-quality, ground ball-type linear drives complete the package.
