MPUREpro
MPUREpro is a game-changer in 3D printing post-processing, ingeniously integrating two essential functions into a single machine: unpacking components and sieving used powder. Featuring an integrated ultrasonic sieve, the MPUREpro recycles processed powder autonomously and without user intervention once the appropriate cartridges are loaded. Moreover, the unpacking process is expertly designed to ensure no direct contact with the powder, ensuring safety and ease-of-use. The sealed chamber, complete with gloves, facilitates safe handling, while the inclusion of an ATEX vacuum cleaner connection further streamlines the unpacking process

MONE
MONE represents a digital platform designed for remote monitoring and control.
Remote monitoring and control: Whether you're using a PC, tablet, or smartphone, MONE enables you to oversee and manage ongoing construction processes, regardless of your location.
Machine overview: By adding machines, you can access an overview of all available MPRINT+ units, allowing you to select them individually.
Status updates: You can access the built-in camera in the process chamber to observe the progress of the current build job and check the remaining time.
Operating the Machine
Operating the MPRINT+ machine is user-friendly and enables you to initiate a building job in just six simple steps:
- Select the building job.
- Prepare the building module.
- Verify the powder supply.
- Check for any overflow powder.
- Inspect the machine.
- Apply the initial layer.

Job Upload
Using MONE, you can conveniently load your component onto the machine, no need to be physically present at the machine
Printing Process
Once you've prepared the MPRINT+ for printing (see machine operation section), you can initiate the build job
Unpacking Process
After the part is printed and the build module is placed in the MPURE with the lifter, you can unpack it without direct powder contact and simultaneously sieve processed powder
Post-processing
If your component has support structures, it's time to remove them. Additional finishing steps like sandblasting, polishing, or grinding can also be performed
