Description
The Akira Seiki Performa SR3 XP vertical machining center offers enhanced spindle speed (12 kW) and rapid movements. It includes through-spindle coolant, an SD card reader, a washdown system, and a chip auger. The 20-station BT40 tool changer is impressive, and the XYZ rapids of 36/36/40 m/min in a compact space are remarkable. With some parameter adjustments, the rigid tapping becomes lightning fast.
The XYZ travel range for the machining center is 762 x 410 x 460mm, with a table size of 910 x 380mm and a table load capacity of 1,100 kilograms. The spindle operates at 11,000 rpm, and the machine is equipped with a chip conveyor, Mitsubishi Mi 745 control system with memory card readers, and network connectivity.
All axes feature linear motion guides with full support, ensuring superior acceleration and deceleration capabilities. Six leveling supports provide a sturdy foundation. Advanced FEA digital analysis is conducted on all machines to achieve optimal design and a rigid structure, ensuring dynamic accuracy and vibration absorption during rapid cutting. Positioning accuracy is ± 0.004mm, and repeatability is ± 0.002mm.
